The Engagement happens when the potential customer accepts your Unique Selling Proposition and proceeds to purchase your product or service with open arms. They are willing to engage you in a first-purchase or trial decision. Your customer likes what they see – now you have to prove your claims and deliver value. The marketing at this stage is communicating the value delivery and building trust with your new customer.

The Wedding is the when you start to have the true conversation with your customer. Marketing collateral is sexy; the marketing conversation isn’t always sexy. But if you want true feedback, positive and negative from your customers, the time is now. This is where you and your customer come together and the magic happens.
